Hi Everybody,
I just start this thread to know how much can be made out of 1Lks. I used to earn around 10% from (paid tips/some other sites where tips are provided and my own tips Wink)are provided but few very bad calls eats a lot of profit. So in the end I left out with 2-3% which is not at all ok compared to the time spent and effort used. So a bad way to do business.
Especially in option, my success failure percentage is 60-40. But those 40% failure eats out my frofit and put me in loss.
Cause of Failure and Learnings
1. I never follow SL in cash as sometimes stocks used to bounce after touching the SL. Recently this is happening more.
2. I Used to trade in some risky shares. Recently I have avoided after taken a lot of beating
3. SL in option is a must. And you should squreoff if yur trade is not favorable within max 3 to 4days. If option value erodaed around 20-30%, imediately square off or what ever SL mentioned.
4. Never ever trade in many(max 4 5)stock option. Look for last maoth TM or BPCL they have given many opertunity to trade throughout the month. Better to concentrate in few rather than many.

The Old Man Who wanted to be smart with a young girl to prove his Stupid manliness-a STORY—bhupinder
******************************************************************************
The old man was above 82 years of age. He had a successful business ,had been abroad for many years, had a recent heart by pass surgery and was afflicted with a skin disese.
He owned a car and a driver often accompanied him. Once he met a young girl who was doing a diploma in journalism—she was known to her through a friend. She was to weie an article on old age. So he invited her to a good Eating place; The girl Rani went there to interview her on various aspects of old age.The oldman Mr S S Kumar complained about the agony of old age and indifference of youngsters Rani stare to take notes and listened with respect to Mr S S Kumar.
After some time she she started to feel that Mr Kumar was behaving in a strange manner,he was staring hard at her physical contours and starte boasting that how smar he had been, Mr Kumar began to explain that he had met smart and leading women all over the world hat he had a lot of drive and energy and that he has three cars all driven by the hire drivers. While saying all this he clasped the hand of Rani and in a very subtle way put her other hand on her shoulder .
Rani got up pretending to make a phone call on her mobile. She came back after some time and very politely thanked Mr Kumar for giving her points on old age woes. Rani begged leave of Mr S S Kumar who with a strange and silly smile on his face said that she has a good job of a writer in his son Printing Press and she could also improve some of manuscripts he had written .
Rani politely said that she is busy in her studies as her Exams are near As she was about to go Mr S S Kumar firmly clasped her both hands and said good bye. As Mr S S Kumar boarded his car, Rani went to a park nearby and began to cry.Rani knew that no one would believe her as the old persons would always have benefit of doubt but she was sure about the odd unwanted behaviour.
She was shocked as mostly elderly persons she had interviewed were real kind fatherly or even grandfatherly figures. Mr S S Kumar afflicted with a skin disease could be so lecherous and odd .She really began to think about this kind of deviant and bad behaviour of some of old men.
Next day she talked to elder sister of her friend Poorvi. Her elder sister Rukmani is a Ph.d in psychology.Rukmani told her that such old men live in a world of delusion. Mr S S Kumar in his subconscious mind wanted to prove his manlihood to himself even at the age of eighty plus,so he thought that he could be friendly to a young girl of twenty five and show it to others and may be prove that he is still manly at age of eighty plus twocould
attract young girls. Mr S S Kumar wealth also boosted his ego but in reality he only made a young girl loose respect for some of the elders.Rukmani also added that even some of younger men also are eager to boost their egos by being unduly friendly or suggestive to some young girls or women.
But Rani also began to think of her young class fellows and elderly neighbours who are so considerate ,polite and dignified. She only prayed that such odd ,psychotic persons like Mr S S Kumar could understand the humiliation faced by such girls seeking their careers and that God give more sound advice to some of such strange elders only concerned to prove their manlihood to themselves.
A SOCIAL WORKER WHO ONLY SPOKE ILL OF OTHERS—A STORY BY Bhupinder
****************************************************
MILWARTAN GROUP–(Goodwill Group ) was by miss Tara,a middle aged ,single woman. She said that she would help the poor and needy;other good friends joined her and gave her good funds.
In that area lived a smart girl Miss Sukhmani who was learning web designing and worked with her male and female colleagues. One of her ,colleagues Anil collaborated with her to start a web designing business,so both of them often went togather to industrial estabalishments and business organisations to devolp their websites. Many times ,other friends also accompanied them.
Tara had a bad habit of speaking ill of others, she would make up stories which were totally baseless. Tara started spreading scandals about Sukhmani and Anil and this affected Sukhmani business as well as her own reputation. Sukhmani became depressed and got physically sick, her business began to suffer. Tara dirty tongue would not stop and she would keep on creating all kinds of stories about Sukhmani .Tara had dual personality—on one hand she worked as a social worker and on other hand she would create ill will for others by indulging in gossip.
Finally Sukhmani gathered courage and formed a group—YOUTH FOR CAREERS AND MORAL VALUES.
Sukhmani had now about ten members and some elderly persons as mentors; They gathered enough data about Tara speaking bad about a senior advocate,an owner of a Travel Agency and Satwinder Kaur ,a leader of a district level of a political party .All of them had been known to TARA.Then these youngsters went to TARA and told her about mud-slinging and bad things that Tara had been saying about others.
They also had telephone discussion with other persons about whom Tara had been talking totally meaningless talks.Tara was warned about the consequences and also made aware of collected power of young persons.
Soon all persons left the social organization of Miss Tara—her nasty and stupid habit of speaking bad of others got her in trouble. She was advised meditation and was told that she should pray every day.
Miss Sukhmani web site became popular and even big it companies gave her ads
MORAL—DO NOT SPEAK ILL OF OTHERS AND DO NOT SPREAD RUMOURS.Encourage youngsters to progress in their careers

THE GIRL IN SWIMMING SUIT,some MEN WHO WOULD NOT LET HER DO SWIMMING–a short story
*******************************************************
The young smart girl in her 25th year had good height and slim figure. She was keen to adopt the career of an air hostess, but being from middle class ,she had to arrange for her personality devolpment and other English speaking courses. IN THE MEANWHILE ,some one suggested swimming ,so she borrowed money from her brother and purchased a swimming costume and joined an elite swimming pool in a modern city.she had to join the timings for mixed –men and women joint time slot. She thought that it being a posh swimming club there would be no problems.
She requested a young lady doctor to help her learn the basics of swimming as this lady doctor had good skills of swimming.
The young girl did not want to hire the services of a coach as it was expensive.
On the third day her problems started . An elderly man who would come to pool with two of his sons below 8 year kept on coming to the side where she was learning to swim. When she politely asked him to move to the deeper side of pool, he said that she should not mind as pool is open at all places.
The young girl shifted to other side of pool but alas a man in sixties came via underwater swimming and struck her and then started muttering sorry but mischievous smile on face of this person could convey the bad feeling.
Next day a bunch of boys in twenties just settled down on the side of pool and started making double meaning words. SHE NOTICED THAT EVEN OTHER SCHOOL GIRLS WERE ALSO BEING TARGETED. The pool owner tried in vain to persuade such persons but all pleaded innocence. The worst happened when some of the boys teased her in market place itself. But the young girl had to learn to swim ,so she kept on finding places in pool where she could swim—half the time was wasted in this and she could not afford to go to other pools as those were expensive.
After some days most of girls (only six ) realized that some of young boys and even elderly persons were staring at their swimming costumes and their body movements, there were clear attempts to touch them while swimming or jump near her as she was the eldest among girls as the lady doctor had stopped coming
She realized that although most men and boys are polished and polite in the city ,there are certain elements among boys and even elderly men who treated girls and women as object of fun ,their sole work is to stare hard especially in a swimming pool where girls had to be in costumes —such males are a great negative for a middle class young girl to acquire good swimming skills.
It is difficult to protest all the time . So she kept on learning swimming strokes by shifting in pool all the time —but all this she had to do with a heavy heart as some male with their egos could see her as nothing but a girl with a good figure in a swimming costume-
THE SOCIAL ASPECT OF SUCH WRONG BEHAVIOUR of some boys and some men (NOT ALL AS CERTAIN BOYS and men are really nice also) really disturbed her.A woman has really to face a lot many problems to progress in life in a decent manner, she thought while doing the backstroke in swimming properly after a month.
